The annual Turkey Dinner and Basket Auction at Prince of Peace Parish in Northern Cambria will be held on November 7th in the Church Hall with the option of dine-in or take-out. The dinner will be from 11:15 a.m. until 2:00 p.m,, (no early pick-up for take-out dinners). Dinner tickets are $12.00 per person in advance with a deadline to be received on or by November 1st. Dinner tickets must be presented at the door the day of the dinner. After the deadline, tickets will then be $14.00 per person (cash only) and will not be available until the day of the dinner for purchase at the door. Dinner will include sliced turkey, dressing and gravy, homemade mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, vegetable, dinner roll and dessert.
There will also be a 50/50 Raffle, (tickets are $1.00 each), as well as a separate raffle for a Troy-Bilt® “Storm” 24”-in. 2080cc 2-stage (self-propelled) gas Snow Blower with electric start with chances available for $5.00 each. Basket Coupon Sheets will be sold in the church hall at $5.00 per sheet of 25 chances on the day of the dinner, including an extra “door prize” coupon that can be used for any basket.
Pre-Sale Basket Tours and coupons/additional raffle tickets will be sold 1/2 hour before and after weekend Masses on October 30th & 31st and November 6th. Drawings will start at 2:30 p.m. on November 7th. A list of basket descriptions and photos is available on our website and updated frequently.
