The tenth Novena of 2021 to Our Lady of Mount Carmel and Saint Therese (the Little Flower) offered by the Discalced Carmelite Nuns of Loretto will open on Friday, October 22 and end on Saturday, October 30, 2021.
All intentions submitted to the Nuns will be remembered with the special Novena prayers following the daily Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in the Nuns’ beautiful chapel.
Now that we are open for the public in our lovely chapel, everyone is most welcome to attend Benediction of the Most Blessed Sacrament every Sunday at 4:00 p.m. and every First Friday of the month. Benediction used to be followed by the veneration of the relic of Saint Therese of the Child Jesus of the Holy Face; however, it has been discontinued because of COVID.
Those who desire to share in the graces and blessings of these nine days of prayer, and in the private prayers of the Carmelite Nuns during the Novena, are requested to send their petitions to Mother Prioress, Discalced Carmelite Monastery, P.O. Box 57, Loretto, PAÂ 15940.
