Chastity Project’s Jason Evert to Speak in Johnstown

The Johnstown Deanery in partnering with the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown Catholic Campus Ministry to host the Jason Evert of the Chastity Project.

Evert will be speaking on April 8 at the Living Learning Center at UPJ. 

The event is open to all, ages 13 and up, and parents are encouraged to attend, as well.

Tickets will be available at the Johnstown parishes, as well as online.

Evert has traveled to six continents to bring his message to more than one million people over the past 20 years, including World Youth Days in Australia, Spain, and Poland.  

He is a best-selling author of 15 books, including Saint John Paul the Great, How to Find Your Soulmate without Losing Your Soul, and the curriculum YOU: Life, Love, and the Theology of the Body.

Evert and his wife, Crystalina, are frequent guests on radio programs throughout the country, and their television appearances include MSNBC, Fox News, the BBC, and EWTN.

Together, they run the website chastity.com as well as the Chastity Project ministry and lead an international alliance of young people who promote purity in more than 40 countries.

Evert will be visiting the local Catholic High schools and speaking on April 9. Â
