Bishop Mark has appointed Reverend Thomas Stabile, TOR, as Dean of the Prince Gallitzin Deanery, effective June 15, 2020.
Father Stabile serves as Pastor of Holy Family Parish in Portage, and will continue in that assignment.
He succeeds Reverend Leonard Voytek as Dean. Father Voytek will continue as Pastor of Saint Mary Parish in Nanty Glo.
The Prince Gallitzin Deanery is one of five deaneries – or geographic regions – in the diocese. It includes nearly two dozen parishes and several other Catholic institutions in Cambria County. Among other responsibilities, the deans serve as an advisory body to the Bishop.
