Three Priests to Headline Fall “Beginning Again” Series

In celebration of the Eucharistic Revival happening in the Catholic Church in America, the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown will present another engaging workshop in its popular Beginning Again series.

Three priests will once again headline the gathering.

Monsignor Stanley Carson, Administrator of the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament and Our Lady of Fatima Parishes in Altoona, will speak on “Presence: Stay with Me Lord.”

“Roots of Renewal” will be the theme addressed by Father John Slovikovski, Pastor of Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish in Johnstown.

Father Aron Maghsoudi, Pastor of Our Lady Queen of Angels Parish in Central City and Holy Family Parish in Hooversville and Administrator of All Saints Parish in Boswell, is covering the topic “The Eucharist Forming Us as A Community.”

The workshop will be held on October 14 from 9:00-11:30 a.m. at Father Kelley Hall at Saint Therese of the Child Jesus Parish in Altoona.
