Renowned Author and Speaker Coming to Diocese

Theologian and internationally recognized author and speaker Dr. Edward Sri will headline two spring events in the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown in celebration of the National Eucharistic Revival.

The dates are Friday, April 19 and Saturday, April 20, both at Mount Aloysius College in Cresson.

The April 19 gathering will be geared to college students and young adults; the April 20 event will welcome a general audience.

There is no cost to attend either presentation, but registration, which will begin soon, is required.

Dr. Sri has written several best-selling books, including No Greater Love, Who Am I to Judge?, and Walking with Mary. His latest book is The Art of Living: The Cardinal Virtues and the Freedom to Love. He has also written and produced several videos and film series. 

He is the presenter of several faith formation programs used by thousands of parishes, including the celebrated film series Symbolon: The Catholic Faith Explained.

With Curtis Martin, he is a co-founder of FOCUS (Fellowship of Catholic University Students) and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Apostolic Outreach.

Dr. Sri leads pilgrimages to Rome and the Holy Land each year and is the host of the acclaimed podcast All Things Catholic.
