Saint Benedict Parish in Johnstown will host the “Miracles of the Eucharist Across the World” exhibit in conjunction with the parish’s 40 Hours Celebration.
This beautiful exhibit was designed by Blessed Carlo Acutis, an English-born Italian Catholic whose life was cut short at the age of 15 when he died from Leukemia.
Before his death in 2006, he was on a mission to document Eucharistic miracles and catalog them onto a website.
Acutis was beatified in 2020.
The display features information about the many Eucharistic miracles that have occurred throughout the world from the first century until modern times.
Each poster includes a large quote and a paragraph or two that more fully explains each miracle at that particular global spot.
The exhibit will be available for visitation in the Saint Benedict church hall on September 16 from 1:00 to 8:30 p.m. and September 17 from 10:30 a.m. to seven p.m.
All are welcome.
