An Auxiliary Bishop of the Diocese of Pittsburgh will share a special message to young adults in the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown.
Most Reverend William Waltersheid, VG, STL, will be the featured speaker at Theology on Tap on March 26 at 6:00 p.m. at the Boulevard Grill in Johnstown.
Theology on Tap, offered on the last Wednesday of each month in Johnstown, is sponsored by the Greater Johnstown Young Catholic Adult Group.
There is no cost to attend, but a freewill offering will be accepted.
Bishop Waltersheid, a native of Ashland, Pennsylvania, studied extensively in Rome and was ordained a priest of the Diocese of Harrisburg in 1992.
He was appointed Titular Bishop of California and Auxiliary Bishop of Pittsburgh on February 15, 2011; consecrated on April 25, 2011.
