Catholic School in Bellefonte to Temporarily Shift to Remote Learning

Students at Saint John the Evangelist School in Bellefonte will temporarily shift to remote learning after an individual at the school tested positive for COVID-19.

All students at the school will engage in remote learning on Monday, November 2 while the building undergoes additional cleaning. Second grade students only will continue with remote learning through Thursday, November 12.

All Catholic schools in the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown continue to follow guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

The Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown sends prayers to the individual who tested positive for COVID-19, to the entire Saint John the Evangelist School family, and to everyone affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
