The Pilgrimage of the Silver Rose, sponsored by the Knights of Columbus, is making a stop in Altoona. The Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament will host a prayer service on Monday, September 30 at 7:00 p.m. The service will include the Rosary and a series of prayers intended to honor ALL LIFE. The Silver Rose is traveling from Canada through the United States to its final destination of Mexico City. There, a service will be held at the Cathedral in Mexico City to honor Our Lady of Guadalupe on her Feast Day, December 12.
