The Ancient Order of Hibernians will be having their annual Saint Patrick’s Dinner Dance on March 14th. Dr. John Joyce, congressman of the 13th Congressional District, will be giving a short talk following the dinner. Social begins at 5:00 pm and dinner begins at 6:00pm. Dr. John Joyce is a long-time resident of Blair County and the 13th Congressional District. He received his bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University. He attended Temple University Medical School, and then received his Internal Medicine and Dermatology training at Johns Hopkins University. In 2018 Dr. Joyce was elected to the United States House of Representatives. Previously, he practiced medicine in central Pennsylvania for more than 25 years, serving patients from all ten counties in the district.
