The Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown Spelling Bee was held at Lock Haven Catholic School on May 5th. The bee is open to 4th-6th graders in all Catholic schools in the diocese. Each school elects one speller through an oral or written competition, a report card grade, or another method chosen by the principal. This was the first spelling bee since 2019.
