In honor of its Polish heritage, Our Lady Queen of Angels Parish in Central City is sponsoring its “Summer of Dyngus Party” on July 16 at the parish hall, 738 Sunshine Avenue.
The event includes live polka music by Li’l John Nalevanko and the ATM Band, games of chance, all you can eat buffet of homemade ethnic foods, beer, and soft drinks.
Mass will be celebrated at 4:00 PM in the church (Sacred Heart), followed by the party.
